- Quitar el tronco de las hojas de kale, lavar bien, juntar varias hojas, enrollar y cortar fino con un cuchillo. Reservar.

En una sartén poner un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra, añadir los ajos y cuando empiecen a dorar incorporar la cebolla, dar unas vueltas y añadir el pimiento. Poner sal. Sofreír y cuando esté listo añadir los trocitos de jamón, dar unas vueltas y reservar.

- En una olla grande poner al fuego el puré y añadir el kale troceado, removiendo bien para que no se pegue al fondo. Añadir sal.
