  5. Cuando las papas y la batata estén casi hechas añadiremos los trozos de pescado y dejamos entre 10 y 15 minutos más a fuego (medio fuerte). NOTA: Si lo dejamos mucho rato el pescado se pone duro.
  6. Mientras se cuecen las papas y la batata hacemos el gofio amasado.
  7. Para ello escachamos dos plátanos de Canarias con la ayuda de un tenedor
  8. Una vez eschadados añadimos medio vaso de agua y una pizca de sal
  9. Y removemos
  10. Ahora vamos añadiendo el gofio y mezclamos.
  11. Seguimos añadiendo gofio hasta crear una masa homogénea
  12. Hasta que quede una masa así, se debe amasar con las manos, y añadir el gofio necesario, si vemos que nos pasamos con el gofio añadimos más agua y al revés, si le ponemos mucha agua pues añadir más gofio.
  13. Hacemos una bola y disponemos en un plato de esta forma haciendo marcas en la parte superior
  14. Volvemos al caldero (que ya debe estar sancochado).
  15. Escurrimos el agua del caldero y listo
  16. Lo acompañamos con mojo rojo. En esta ocasión el mojo que he realizado requiere una mayor elaboración que otros tipos de mojo, para ello mirar la receta específica para este magnífico mojo rojo que he hecho.
