  6. Una vez que veamos que el pescado se ha hecho por el ácido de la lima, lo sabremos porque está blanco podemos empatar. Para servir yo cojo un cilindro metálico, escurro bien el zumo y lo voy rellenando para que quede como en la foto de la portada.
