- Poner mantequilla en los moldes, un pellizco de harina y llenar el 90% con la masa.
- Dejar unas horas en el congelador.
- Poner el horno a 230ºC arriba y abajo
- A la hora de poner los moldes en el horno bajar la temperatura a 180ºC y cocer unos 10 minutos.Dependiendo de la medida del molde 12 minutos.
- Hornear hasta que coja el color dorado y desmoldear.
