- Para hacer el relleno; en una cacerola poner el membrillo o el dulce de batata cortaditos en trozos (yo elegí batata)... y agregar el 1/4 de agua... y calentar a fuego bajo e ir mezclando todo el tiempo hasta que quede homogénea y tapamos con papel film y dejamos enfriar...(si lo haces con dulce de leche repostero solo ponerlo y listo)


- Una vez que la masa reposó 1 hora en la heladera... la sacamos y cortamos un tercio para hacer las tiras... y en un molde de tartera vamos poniendo pedazos de masa cubriendo todo...con la mano vamos armando... vamos a ver que la masa de une sin ningún problema


- Ponemos el relleno por el medio y hacemos las tiras... con un palo de madera o con la mano estiramos el.pedazo que cortamos y cortamos tiras para la superficie en longitud y latitud como en la foto

- La llevamos al.horno a 180° calor de arriba y abajo por 35 min... y listo a disfrutar 😍
